In many cases it is useful to allow a technician to have remote control of your PC. Following the evaluation of a number of remote control products, we have selected TeamViewer to provide this service to you. Visit our Remote Support Downloads page, click the Remote Support icon and when asked, download and run the software.
There is often no substitute for speaking to an experienced IT professional. We provide our customers with a
direct support number when they sign up with us.
