To check or alter an existing account, select the Accounts tab then the properties button, then follow the instructions for Outlook Express.
When creating a new account, click the email button in the New Account section and follow the steps below.
Provide your email address and password, together with the name you would like shown for this email
Select POP3 as the server type, with the server name shown below.

Where possible, use the SMTP server details provided by your Internet connection provider.
smtp.Legalisp.net - port 25
(requires authentication)
Ensure you give your full email address in the log-on user name.
